Ann Residence was fully renovated from a 1972 ranch-style home in 2020. The house has been extended, and the basement has been finished with a home office, gym, and guest suite. The exterior design uses earthy tones and blends well with the surrounding nature. The interior design is classic and timeless with understated elegance. The home was designed to be energy efficient with smart technology and LED lighting, saving on electricity costs and contributing to sustainability. Several floor-to-ceiling doors and many large windows flood the space with natural light. The home keeps a neutral color palette throughout, allowing the lush greenery and landscaping to stand out.

Inspired by the natural and rural landscapes of Little River County, Arkansas, this Family Medical Practice offers a relaxing and healing environment for both patients and medical staff. The design provides a modern, clean, and eco-friendly aesthetic. The furniture surfaces are anti-microbial and easy to disinfect, making them a perfect choice for healthcare and commercial use.

Bridal Boutique
Academy of Art University, MFA, Spring 2020

BK Bridal Boutique specializes in high-end fashion for brides. The boutique operates by appointment only, so that each bride can receive personal attention. Interior partition walls were added to the existing open floor plan to help make the space more functional and intimate. There is one large fitting room with a sofa and two armchairs, an office, and a design room. There is some additional furniture for the bride's guest to wait, in the middle of the boutique. The 3D model was built using SketchUp, which helps the client visualize the design intent and potential for the boutique.

Arosa is a 2004 home that was partially renovated in 2017. The focus was on modernizing the outdated orange oak and Formica green kitchen and building a kitchen for Passover. Some of the interior architecture was remodeled to help with the home's flow. Part of the living space was extended into the garage, where a second kitchen for Passover and lots of storage space were added. The design tastefully embraces the client's existing traditional furniture and style with new transitional and contemporary finishes and fixtures.
